The Dutch electronics and medical technology company Philips is lowering its forecast for 2024. The company expects a growth of 0.5-1.5 percent, compared to the previous 3-5 percent, according to the report for the third quarter.

The order intake decreased by 2 percent during the quarter, mainly due to decreased demand from China.

Philips reports an adjusted operating result of 516 million euros, in line with the analysts' forecast.
