Influencer Katrin Zytomierska's holding company is being declared bankrupt. The reason is that the company cannot pay its debts, writes Expressen.
The company has been in trouble on several occasions. Last autumn, Zytomierska was sentenced to pay a million amount for hidden marketing on Instagram following a verdict from the Patent and Market Court.
As recently as in June, the company was sentenced to pay a fine of 200,000 kronor for unauthorized use of music from Abba in an advertisement. The Stockholm District Court also ruled that the company would pay the trial costs of 500,000 kronor.
