Seafood Gastro is at Grand Hôtel, at Södra Blasieholmshamnen 8 in Stockholm. Chef Mathias Dahlgren’s menu draws on fish, shellfish, seabirds, seaweed and coastal plants. The restaurant opened in 2023 and received its first Michelin star in 2024, according to Visit Stockholm.
The main tasting menu costs SEK 3,650 (about US$350 or £274) per person, with drinks extra. Alcoholic and non-alcoholic pairings are available. On Wednesday evenings, Thursday evenings and Friday lunch, diners can also choose a shorter menu for SEK 2,200 (about US$211 or £165). The restaurant says it cannot provide vegetarian or vegan menus, or menus without seafood, fish or milk protein.
The posted schedule is Wednesday to Saturday, 6.30 pm to midnight for dinner, and Friday, noon to 5 pm for lunch. The tasting menu and shorter menu are offered at the Wednesday and Thursday evening services and Friday lunch. The venue does not give a typical visit length.
