The restaurant says its food is based on locally grown produce and ingredients chosen to reduce environmental impact. Visit Stockholm describes the menu as plant-based, with fish and meat available as options. The name combines words for raw vegetables, ingredients and the Rococo style; it does not mean the restaurant serves only raw food.

Its takeaway lunch costs 175 SEK (about $16.6) per person and includes the day’s lunch, bread, butter and a cookie. Pickup is Tuesday to Friday from 11:30 to 13:00. The website also lists a Christmas dinner, but gives no dates.

For a group meal, Agneta Wrede’s Parlour upstairs is available as a private dining room. The castle’s Orangery can host seated dinners for 20 to 60 guests, or standing receptions for up to 125. The restaurant’s website gives no general dining hours beyond Friday and Saturday dinner, so check directly before visiting.
