Rosetta’s is a restaurant in Hornstull, with a menu framed as soul food and comfort food. The restaurant says it serves plant-based food and mussels, and describes its cooking as spicy and greasy, drawing on food cultures from around the world. Visit Stockholm says its versions of mac ’n’ cheese and hamburgers are reworked for meat-eaters and vegetarians, and that cocktails are available with meals.

The interior takes cues from Los Angeles restaurants of the 1960s and 1970s, with wood panelling, fitted carpet, vinyl-covered booths and subdued lighting. The name comes from US singer and guitarist Rosetta Tharpe. At the back, stairs lead to a basement lounge and bar with a live stage for about 70 guests. The venue says the room hosts rock and DJs. Its enclosed terrace has sofas, plants and large glass panels, and is presented as a year-round setting for drinks and dinner.

Rosetta’s is open Tuesday to Thursday from 17:00 to midnight, Friday and Saturday from 16:00 to 01:00, and Sunday from 16:00 to 22:00. It is closed on Mondays. Before 17:00, only a smaller selection of dishes is served. Dogs and other pets are welcome.
