Mulle Meck i Järvastaden is an outdoor play park based on Mulle Meck, a children’s-book character created by George Johansson and Jens Ahlbom. The park is open at all times and admission is free, including this week in early November. Children can play in Mulle’s garage, ride a rocket and try some of his inventions. Visit Stockholm says Mulle may be at the park, but does not promise he will be there.

Järvastaden runs a summer library in the park with Solna city. There is also a cafeteria, with the same opening hours as the library. The published schedule runs from mid-May to Midsummer on Saturdays and Sundays, 11:00-15:00; from Midsummer to the start of the school year, Tuesday-Sunday, 11:00-16:00; and from the start of the school year to early September, Saturdays and Sundays, 11:00-15:00. Those are seasonal facilities; the park itself is the year-round option for a visit now. The park is outdoors, and the material does not give a suggested visit length.
