Mr Bronck is a New York-style brasserie inside the Sheraton Stockholm Hotel, at Vasagatan 2. Its concept draws on New York brasserie culture and Scandinavian ingredients, and Visit Stockholm says it has an international wine programme. The restaurant says its menu pairs Swedish ingredients with international influences.

You can visit for lunch on weekdays or for dinner every day. The website lists weekday lunch hours as 11:30 to 14:30, with evening service from 17:00 to midnight. On Saturdays it is open from 17:00 to 01:00, and on Sundays from 17:00 to midnight.

The restaurant also has a cocktail bar called The Spirit of Sally’s, named for Disco Sally Lippman.
