Marabouparken is a park in Sundbyberg with a collection of sculptures and a gallery showing contemporary art. Visit Stockholm describes the setting as one of Sweden’s best-preserved functionalist settings. The address is Löfströmsvägen 8, 172 66 Sundbyberg.
The park offers an outdoor setting for seeing the sculptures, while the gallery adds contemporary art exhibitions to a visit. The collection and the exhibitions offer different ways to encounter art: one in the park, the other in a gallery. Visit Stockholm also singles out the restaurant as a reason to make the trip, giving visitors a place to eat alongside time outdoors and art.
A visit can centre on the sculpture collection, a gallery exhibition or both. The park’s functionalist setting is part of what visitors see, alongside the sculptures. Visit Stockholm lists the phone number as +46 (0)8-294 590 and links to marabouparken.se.

24 Oct to 29 Nov · Marabouparken
The exhibition brings together fifteen students in their final year at Konstfack. Fifteen different practices, fifteen ways of seeing, making, thinking and doubting. Knowledge emerges between them: between people, materials, technologies and institutions. In that strange space in between, where something has not yet been determined.
Éva Mag: stories without beginnings
24 Oct to 7 Mar · Marabouparken
In the art gallery’s main hall, Mag creates an installation that takes up the entire space. The surface is transformed into a landscape of welded metal and fired and unfired clay, where uprooted trees, vessels, and thorny branches spread out across the room. The landscape oscillates between decay and survival, exploring the vitality of the materials. They bear traces of the turbulent times we live in and of humanity’s persistent attempts to find balance, stay upright, and carry on.
