India’s describes its cooking as a modern interpretation of Indian cuisine, drawing inspiration from London and using traditional flavours and techniques. Visit Stockholm says the menu combines Indian food with Swedish produce. It lists dishes such as daal, seekh and chaat, alongside perch, deer, halibut and Västerbotten cheese. The restaurant also mentions tandoori cooking, house-made spice blends and pastries made by its own pastry chef, including mango soufflé.

The drinks menu includes cocktails with Indian flavours, such as a Curry Colada and a Kashmir Spicy Margarita, as well as clarified mango lassi. The venue has Bicky’s Bar and a main bar. Its website says bar manager Michael Thomas drew on his childhood in Birmingham when creating the drinks list.
