AIRA is a two-star Michelin restaurant on Djurgården, opened by chef Tommy Myllymäki in March 2020. The restaurant is run by chefs Tommy Myllymäki and Pi Le, and its cooking changes with the seasons: AIRA says it combines seasonal produce with global techniques and spices. Visit Stockholm describes the kitchen as focused on Nordic ingredients, traditional cooking and flavours from around the world. The restaurant says it takes a humble approach to seasonal produce and focuses on flavours and details.

At lunch, AIRA offers a seasonal tasting menu or, on Thursdays and Fridays, a shorter prix fixe menu. Lunch parties are limited to six guests. Dinner is a seasonal tasting menu, also for parties of up to six. The Chef’s Table pairs the seasonal tasting menu with community dining for two to eight people. A private dining room accommodates up to 14.

The restaurant says its setting near the water and connection to nature inform its architecture. It is at Biskopsvägen 9, 115 21 Stockholm. The restaurant’s website provides a reservation link.
