Lilla Sur is a craft bakery in Kålltorp, a small district in eastern Gothenburg. It opened in 2014 and makes bread by hand, baking each loaf directly on a stone slab. The bakery works on a small scale, prioritising quality over volume and giving each loaf the time it needs.
