Hoze Himitsu is a six-seat tea salon opened as a side venture by Michelin-starred restaurant Hoze Sushiya. The salon’s described experience begins with a guided tasting of various Japanese teas, accompanied by savoury or sweet bites. After the tasting, an à la carte menu is offered, with dishes and drinks available to order.

The menu includes alcohol-free cocktails infused with tea and coffee. Its named dishes are Japanese curry, onigiri and tamago sando. The visit has a guided tea-tasting part, followed by the option to order from the à la carte menu. Guests can choose a savoury or sweet bite to accompany the teas, then continue with a dish or drink from the menu.

A shift towards coffee was planned after summer 2025, following the salon’s tea-focused format. The description also includes coffee in the alcohol-free cocktail offer. The Japanese tea tasting, its accompanying bites and the menu’s named dishes are the details given for the salon’s offering.
