Beer N Fries is a restaurant concept built around fries, house-made dipping sauces and non-alcoholic drinks. The menu features dirty fries, meaning fries with toppings, including bulgogi-marinated chicken, crispy kale or bacon. These are examples of the combinations available, and the fries can be paired with the house-made dips. Award-winning chef Gustav Trägårdh created the sauces. Their names include Mango Tango, Truffle Scuffle and Korean Boomerang.

The drinks menu includes locally produced limoncello, ginger beer and habanero cola. It also includes Gravity Beer, an exclusive non-alcoholic IPA developed with Vega, a local craft brewery based on Ringön in Gothenburg. The menu gives diners fries with toppings, several named dips and non-alcoholic drinks to choose from. A meal could include fries topped with bulgogi-marinated chicken, crispy kale or bacon, paired with one of Trägårdh’s dips. The drinks list ranges from limoncello, ginger beer and habanero cola to Vega’s IPA. Together, the toppings, sauces and drinks make up the restaurant concept.
