"Objection Overruled – Party Allowed to Participate in Kosovo Election"

A special court has overturned a decision by Kosovo's election committee, which on Monday denied Kosovo's leading Serbian party, Srpska Lista, the right to participate in the general election in February. Kosovo's election committee stated that the party was not allowed to participate due to nationalism and close ties to Belgrade.
