A special court has overturned a decision by Kosovo's election committee, which on Monday denied Kosovo's leading Serbian party, Srpska Lista, the right to participate in the general election in February.
Kosovo's election committee stated that the party was not allowed to participate due to nationalism and close ties to Belgrade.
Srpska Lista's party leader, Zlatan Elek, accused the committee of acting "on orders from Albin, with the aim of scoring easy political points", referring to Kosovo's Prime Minister Albin Kurti.
Kurti calls Srpska Lista "the political branch of Serbian state terrorism".
Kosovo declared independence from Serbia in 2008, which Serbia does not recognize.
