The party leader Zlatan Elek accuses the committee of acting "on orders from Albin, with the aim of scoring easy political points", he says, referring to Kosovo's Prime Minister Albin Kurti.
Nine out of the ten seats held by the Serbian minority in Kosovo in the 120-seat parliament currently belong to Srpska Lista.
The development ahead of the election has raised some concern in the Western world due to the already strained relations between Kosovo and Serbia.
Albin Kurti calls Srpska Lista "the political branch of Serbian state terrorism".
Aleksandar Vucic, the President of Serbia, who believes that Kosovo belongs to Serbia, in turn accuses Kurti of "trying to exterminate the Serbian people from (our) province".
Kosovo declared independence from Serbia in 2008, which Serbia does not recognize.
