Power shortage in the breakaway region of Transnistria

The breakaway region of Transnistria, which is Moscow-friendly, in Moldova has been forced to introduce partial power outages since gas deliveries from Russia have stopped. The decision was made on Friday since the small region, which borders Ukraine, does not have enough electricity to provide its inhabitants with heat and hot water.
