Thomas " Orup " Eriksson
Birgitta Andersson and Orup are awarded by the King
The actors Birgitta Andersson, Siri Hamari and Mikael Samuelsson, the director and theatre manager Tobias Theorell, the artist and composer Thomas ”Orup” Eriksson and the author Klas Östergren all receive the Litteris et Artibus medal from the king. Litteris et Artibus was instituted in 1853 and is awarded to individuals for "outstanding artistic achievements primarily in music, stage performance and literature".
Orup receives the Evert Taube Prize
Thomas "Orup" Eriksson is this year's Evert Taube prize winner. He receives the prize for his "lyrically angular texts" filled with "esprit" and "playful pathos".
Humorous duo receives the Karamelodiktstipendiet
