Daffodil Sales Break Record for Third Consecutive Year in Sweden
The Children's Rights Organization Majblomman sets a sales record in a row for the third year. In three weeks, children all over Sweden have sold May flowers for 103 million kronor – an increase of twelve million compared to last year.
This year's May flower is meant to bring hope
Inspired by a buttercup, yellow with a green pistil, this is what this year's May flower looks like. This year's flower is designed by 12-year-old Nellie Philton from Gothenburg, who thinks that you get energy and become happy from the yellow color.
