Green light for EU loan to Ukraine as 20th sanctions package is approved
Both the EU's giant loan to Ukraine and the 20th sanctions package against Russia have been approved, the Cypriot EU Presidency announced. Hungary and Slovakia will once again receive Russian oil through the Druzhba pipeline - which has become a stumbling block to the loan.
