At least 20 people, but probably over 50, died when an overloaded boat capsized on Lake Kivu on the border between the Democratic Republic of Congo and Rwanda. > The boat had around 100 passengers but only had space for 30, says Governor Jean-Jacques Purusi to a local radio station.
