Ten percent more to Ericsson's board
Ericsson's major shareholders propose that board fees should be increased by 8-10 percent. This is to "enable the recruitment and retention of high-quality individuals while being reasonable in comparison with other global technology companies of similar size and complexity", the telecom company writes as motivation in the notice to the annual general meeting on March 25.

The Wallenberg family's power company Investor has been heavily trading Ericsson shares lately – for nearly three billion kronor. We like the company and besides, we think it was a valuation that was reasonable, says Christian Cederholm, CEO of Investor.
