Enhanced protection measures, such as a new blocking function, together with expanded industry-wide efforts against fraud may have led to a decline in fraud calls on Telia's network during the first half of the year.
CrimeIn 2025, Telia has so far stopped 92 million fraud calls using new advanced technology. This is an increase of 70 percent compared to last year and means that three fraud calls per second have not reached the recipient.
