Convicted on Parole - "Deeply Unsatisfactory"

The forensic psychiatric clinics are so full that convicted persons in need of care in some cases have to stay in custody or are released on parole. The situation is "deeply unsatisfactory", according to Social Minister Jakob Forssmed (Christian Democrats).
