Floods in Sudan force more to flee

More than 73,000 Sudanese have been affected by flooding since July. Of them, over 21,000 have been forced to leave their homes and 14,300 have had their homes destroyed, according to the UN's humanitarian organization Ocha.

Reports: Multiple fatalities in attack on refugee camp

At least 18 people were killed and around 40 injured in an Israeli attack on a tent camp outside Rafah in southern Gaza. This is according to the Palestinian section of the aid organisation Red Crescent.
