Hitachi invests in Piteå – 100 new jobs

Hitachi Energy is investing in a new machine park at the factory in Piteå to meet the increased demand for power transmission equipment. The hope is that an expansion of the existing factory in Piteå can be put into operation in the autumn of 2026 and that the workforce will then have increased from today's 200 employees to 300 employees.
