One Step Closer to Wind Farm in the West

The Mareld wind farm, four miles off the coast of Lysekil, has received a yes from the County Administrative Board in Västra Götaland, which is recommending that the government grant Freja Offshore permission to build, according to a press release from the company. When fully built, the offshore wind farm is expected to produce 12 TWh annually, according to the company.
