Skellefteå, police are investigating suspected assault.
Police are contacted after a man is admitted to healthcare with an injury and there is suspicion that the injury was caused by another person. Information is gathered and a patrol goes to speak with the man.
The suspected assault is said to have taken place on Köpmangatan in central Skellefteå shortly before 19:00 today.
Work to establish what happened is ongoing and the case is being investigated as aggravated assault, as there is suspicion that a weapon was used.
