The police receive a report of an accident involving a car and a deer on Highway 99, Luppio. No personal injuries are reported. The deer died in connection with the accident and a tracker is called out to take care of it.

Other:
A man was arrested in Älvsbyns municipality during the night, suspected of having assaulted a woman he is in a relationship with. There was no need for an ambulance in connection with the incident. After questioning, the prosecutor has decided to detain the man. A report on assault has been filed.

The police have also conducted checks on people and vehicles that have not resulted in any suspicion of crime.
