In connection with a speed check on Krondikesvägen, a car that was driven too fast is stopped. The driver, a woman, does not have her driver's license with her.

Suspicion arises that the woman is under the influence of narcotics and she is taken in for drug testing.

An interrogation is held and a report is filed regarding speeding, violation of the driver's license law, drug driving, and minor narcotics offense (use).
