Emergency services, ambulance and police are sent to Hampetorp due to a drowning alarm.

A reporter sees a man lying in the water. The man is pulled out of the water and cardiopulmonary resuscitation is initiated. However, it is not possible to save the life. The man, who is in his 80s, is declared dead.

Next of kin are notified.
