May 20, 11.40, Theft/break-in, Stockholm

A man on Drivhjulsvägen in Västberga discovers that his car has a smashed window and that a man nearby has picked up a bag that was previously in the car. 
Car owner calls 112 and tries to get the man with the bag to stay at the scene. The car owner gets the bag back but the man disappears on a bicycle.
He is not found by the police patrols either.
However, scratches are noted on a garage door so reports are written for both theft through burglary and attempted burglary.
