Since midnight, four people in Piteå have been taken into custody according to the Law on the Taking into Custody of Intoxicated Persons, one of whom is suspected of minor narcotics offenses. Three people were taken into custody in Luleå and one person in Kalix, the latter was handed over to a relative.
