Police regional command center has handled between 22.00-07.00 a total of 90 cases related to Jönköping County. Including:
Reckless driving: At 23.55, a patrol sees a tractor that is driving over 100 kilometers per hour in central Vetlanda. The police pursue the tractor, which continues to drive fast, and among other things drives on the wrong side of the road in a roundabout. After a while, the pursuit is interrupted, and the tractor is then found parked in Vetlanda. The police have searched the surrounding areas, including with a dog, but not found the driver. The vehicle has been seized and the incident will be investigated as unauthorized driving and gross reckless driving.
Abuse of official documents: At 00.30, the police are called to a pub in central Jönköping. A girl in her upper teens has used another person's identification to get into the pub, and was stopped by a security guard. The girl is picked up by her guardians and is now suspected of abuse of official documents. An hour later, at 01.30, the same thing happens again when another girl in her upper teens tries to use another person's identification to get into the pub. She is also suspected of abuse of official documents, and her guardians are contacted.
Assault: At 03.00, an SOS is called about an assault in Öster City in Jönköping, where several people are allegedly involved. On the scene, only a man in his 30s is found with some injuries and is taken to the hospital by ambulance. The man is not seriously injured. A report of gross assault has been made, and at present, there is no suspected perpetrator.
