A security guard contacted the police due to two individuals being seen with knife-like objects at the train station in Västerås. The police responded to the scene and checked two individuals, two men in their mid-30s.

The two were taken in for a body search and were suspected of violating the knife law, alternatively grossly violating the knife law. One of them was also suspected of minor drug offenses.

There are no reports of personal injuries in connection with the incident.
