The police regional command center has handled between 22.00-07.00 a number of cases related to ÖStergötlands län.

At 00.30, police are alerted to the Ektorp area in Norrköping due to a strong smell of marijuana at the scene. The police arrive at the scene and locate a residence where the smell is coming from. In the residence, a man in his 18-year-old age group and narcotics are found, and the man is suspected of possessing narcotics of normal grade. 

At 00.50, SOS is alerted about a traffic accident on Koppargatan in Ingelstad, where a car has driven into a pole. The driver is a 25-year-old man who is accompanying an ambulance to the hospital. He is awake and able to speak, but the extent of his injuries is unclear. No crime is suspected.

At 05.00, SOS is alerted about a traffic accident on E4 at Trafikplats 108, Mjölby. Two trucks have collided for unknown reasons. One truck is half in the ditch, and there is a lot of glass and debris on the road. No person has been injured in the accident. 05.43 a traffic lane can be opened. At least one of the trucks needs to be towed from the scene. One of the drivers, a 50-year-old man, receives a fine for not adjusting the distance to the preceding vehicle.
