Driver of electric scooter suspected of drug driving.

On Kopparbergsvägen in Västerås the driver of an electric scooter is stopped and checked.

The electric scooter is found to be traveling too fast. The driver, a man in his early twenties, is also suspected of driving under the influence of alcohol.

The electric scooter is seized and the driver is taken in for a body search.
