The police arrested at 04:35 a man who had raped a woman outdoors on Kungsholmen. He was arrested at another location as he could be followed by surveillance cameras to a location where a police patrol could arrest the man. The location where the woman was raped has been cordoned off for a crime scene investigation by forensic technicians and search dogs. The woman has been taken to hospital.

On Gotland, two men are being held in custody for crimes in a close relationship as they have assaulted relatives and were then arrested by the police.
