Police alarm to Möllevångsgatan due to two men being perceived as affected and loud on an inner courtyard.

At the scene, the police patrol encounters the men and two bicycles suspected of being stolen. Both men also show signs of being affected by narcotics. 

Both are apprehended and are now suspected of theft and narcotics offense, personal use.

The men are in their 30s and 35s. 

The police are clear at the scene.
