Under the night, patrols acted against a 40-year-old man who was both so intoxicated that he could not take care of himself, and who threatened the police in their profession. The man was taken into custody in accordance with the LOB, the law on the apprehension of an intoxicated person, at Tingvallastaden.

In connection with the man being released in the morning, he chose to cause some damage at the police station and was apprehended on the spot by the patrols on duty. Since the man had previously uttered threats against police officers, the prosecutor decided to detain the man. He is suspected of threatening a public official in two cases, as well as vandalism.
