Police found the man lifeless on the ground below the balcony of a multi-family house. The man was confirmed dead before being transported to hospital. The man fell from a high floor in the multi-family house.

The two people arrested were in the apartment that the injured person had previously been in. In order to investigate the circumstances surrounding the event, an investigation is initiated regarding murder.

The current apartment is cordoned off. At present, there is no confirmed identity of the man.
