July 1 06.11, Drunk Driving, Hammarö

Early morning, a distress call was made to SOS about a single-car accident occurring on Hesselbomsvägen/Jonsbolsvägen on Götetorp. A driver had overturned with the vehicle, which had landed on its roof. A solo driver was in the car, and early suspicions arose that he might have been under the influence of alcohol. The man, who is in his 60s, was taken away by ambulance for a check-up. 

A patrol also accompanied him for a body inspection/further blood sampling of the man.

He is suspected of gross drunk driving. 

Wreckers have been ordered to the scene and the municipality informed about the incident as a pole has been knocked down as a result of the accident. No other person has been injured.
