
Good morning. Here follows a selection of the police's activities last night.
The regional police headquarters has handled between 22.00-07.00 a total of 90 cases in Östergötland county. The cases that stand out are:
01.00: The police are called to a multi-family house in northern Norrköping due to an unlawful threat. An exchange of words is said to have taken place between two neighbors when these were on their balconies. A 55-year-old man is now suspected of unlawful threats against a 30-year-old man.
03.13: The police are called to central Linköping due to a car standing on the street and being loud. The car is said to have accelerated from a standstill. On the scene, a 18-year-old man is found to be very intoxicated. He is made to leave the car and is apprehended in accordance with the LOB. He is also suspected of gross drunk driving.
At 04.30, the police are called to Industrigatan in Mjölby due to a suspected break-in attempt at a business. On the scene, it can be seen how the fence to the location is cut. The police have filed a report on unlawful entry and vandalism. The crime is suspected to have occurred at some point the previous day. The public in Mjölby is urged to contact the police with any witness statements from the scene.
