Police headquarters has handled reports of intoxication, mental health issues, and traffic accidents during the night.

Theft, Motala

At 23:10, the police were alerted to an address in central Motala where a bicycle theft is suspected to have occurred. When the police patrol approaches to check two individuals, one person flees the scene. The patrol is able to quickly catch up to the person. One of the individuals, a man in his 30s, is suspected of theft.

Intoxication, Linköping

At 23:20, the police were alerted to Ekholmen's center where a person is suspected to have behaved erratically. On the scene, a man in his 40s is taken into custody according to the law on intoxicated persons (LOB). Initially, there were reports that the man had caused damage to objects and/or vehicles, but the patrol on the scene cannot confirm that any crime was committed.

Traffic accident, Norrköping

At 00:20, SOS reported a traffic accident on E22 at the Ljura traffic circle in Norrköping. A car made a lane change and got stuck, and then drove into the median. The driver, a man in his 20s, is awake and able to speak, but will be taken to the hospital by ambulance for further care. There is no suspicion of a crime.
