Police receive a report that people are stealing copper cables using a car in Hällby outside Eskilstuna. The car has been used to pull up the cables from the ground. A patrol sent to the scene meets the car and can stop it. The car contains two men in their mid-30s. The driver is suspected of gross drunk driving, serious illegal driving, and having falsified license plates on the car. In addition to alcohol, stolen copper cables are also found in the car. Both men are suspected of theft and are now detained.
