A police patrol carries out a check on a private car on E4 outside Hudiksvall. The patrol suspects that the driver may be under the influence.

The driver, a 25-year-old man, is checked and suspected of driving under the influence and minor narcotics offense of personal use. The man is detained, taken to the station for sampling and his driver's license and car keys are confiscated.
