Accident with car and elk on E45, Sorsele: No personal injuries reported. It is unclear how the elk fared and a tracker is called out.

00.02 Wildlife accident, Storuman:
Accident with lorry and elk on E12, Gunnarn. No personal injuries reported. The elk was injured in connection with the accident and a tracker is called out.

00.23 Wildlife accident, Skellefteå:
Accident with car and roe deer on county road 829, west of Tuvan. No personal injuries reported. The roe deer died in connection with the accident and a tracker is called out to deal with it.

Other:
A person has been taken into custody for drunkenness.

The police have also carried out checks on people and vehicles that have not resulted in any suspicion of a crime.
