During the afternoon, the police were contacted regarding a man affected in Timrå. The man is said to have staggered and walked in the middle of the road. A police patrol was dispatched and found the man. He was suspected of being under the influence of narcotics and was taken in for a blood test. A report on minor narcotics offense through personal use was prepared.
