UX/UI Designer

We are looking for a UX Designer to join us. You will work on building designs and user experiences for clients who currently have a website, helping them move from traditional websites to more advanced digital customer experiences. You will collaborate with the client and a digital agency, then support software developers with the final design. Our main goal is to take their current website and customer experience to a new level.
About the role
As a Senior UX Designer, you will plan, carry out and evaluate digital design and the customer experience. You will work in Figma and similar design tools to create final designs, which are used to communicate with developers and enable the straightforward production of websites and customer experiences.
Your assignment will be to create intuitive and scalable user experiences that meet current technological, user and business needs, while establishing a long-term direction for the client’s new user experience.
You will work closely with the client, software development team and business developers, and contribute to how the transition from existing websites and platforms to new, forward-looking customer experiences takes place. These experiences will bring together high-quality graphics, photography and film to establish and further develop the client’s visual identity and design patterns.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will, among other things:
Design user-friendly and scalable solutions using the latest technology
Lead UX work from identifying customer needs through to interaction design and final visual design.
Plan and carry out analyses of customer and user needs, including usability testing where needed
Identify problems, needs and opportunities for improvement
Develop information architecture, user flows, wireframes and prototypes
Work with and further develop design systems and reusable design patterns
Collaborate closely with product, the business, development and other designers
Use both qualitative insights and quantitative data as the basis for design decisions where needed
Explore the opportunities offered by AI in design and software development
Collaborate with a design agency, photographer and filmmaker

Qualifications
At least 1 year of experience as a UX Designer, with a focus on Figma and visual design.
Understanding of and experience with websites, HTML, CSS and front-end technology.
Very good experience with Figma and relevant design and collaboration tools such as Framer and Miro
Experience with information architecture, wireframing and prototyping
Experience working with and developing design systems
Very good skills in user-centred design
Ability to work independently on interaction design, prototypes and user testing
Ability to manage customer needs and translate them into clear and intuitive user experiences

You can clearly communicate and justify design decisions, and help the business, product, development and design teams build a shared understanding of the business and the user.
