Nurse for Medical Telephone Service

Are you a committed and experienced nurse with experience of telephone and digital contacts? Would you like to join a professional team of health and care experts focused on providing prompt support and treatment? Falck is now looking for a nurse for our medical telephone service for insurance customers. The position is based in Vasastan, Stockholm.

Through Falck’s partnerships with leading insurance companies in Sweden, more than one million policyholders have the opportunity to access our services.

In this role, you will join Falck’s medical telephone service and care coordination service for customers with private health insurance. Your duties include booking customers in with specialist doctors, handling incoming referrals and quotations for surgery.

Qualifications
- at least 5 years’ experience as a nurse, with a good grounding in medical knowledge
- experience and ability to independently handle customer calls by telephone and through digital contacts
- good IT skills and the ability and interest to deliver services using digital tools
- Swedish and English, spoken and written.

As a person, you are positive and flexible in your approach, and able to work both independently and with colleagues. The pace can be high at times, which requires good stress management skills and the ability to prioritise.

Other information:
Permanent employment, working hours on weekdays that are not public holidays, 8-17.
Full-time position, 100%, based in Vasastan, Stockholm. The role requires a physical presence in the office, as we believe that the best development and team spirit are created when we work together in person.
